General Information

• Regular Check-in time is 14:00hrs.
• Regular Check-out time is 12:00hrs.
• Early check in is subject to availability.
• Late check out is subject to availability.
• Late check out after 15:00hrs 50% of room charge will apply.
• Late check out after 19:00hrs 100% of room charge will apply.
• No shows will be charged in full.

Individuals up to 5 rooms

• 3 days prior arrival or earlier during low season- free of charge. January, February, March, October and November.
• 7 days prior arrival or earlier during shoulder season- free of charge. April, May, September and December.
• 10 days prior arrival or earlier during high season – free of charge. June, July, August.
• Any cancellation received within above mentioned period- 100% of their full stay will be charged on given credit.
• Early departure notice given until 1 day in advance-free of charge.
• Early departure notice given on departure day- 100% of their full stay will be charged.

Groups up from 8 rooms

• 8 weeks prior to arrival or earlier – free of charge.
• 6 weeks prior to arrival 80%, of the original booking, cancellation free of charge.
• 4 weeks prior to arrival 50%, of the original booking, cancellation free of charge.
• 2 weeks prior to arrival 20%, of the original booking, cancellation free of charge.
• Any cancellation received later than 2 weeks prior to arrival, 80% of their full stay will be charged on given deposit or given credit card.

To guarantee a booking the hotel requires a valid credit card with an expiry date and security number, or a deposit payment. For group bookings the hotel will reserve a certain amount on the given credit card.

• In case of non credit card guarantee, or bank transfer guarantee, the hotel requires an official confirmation letter on company`s letter head duly stamped and signed by the authorized person.
• In case the reservation is not guaranteed, the hotel is entitled to release the booking at 4.00pm on arrival day, without given notice.
